We think it’s important for kids to be able to express themselves in a way that is meaningful for them, and find a way to capture it. It’s super important, so they don’t miss the opportunity to reflect on those first seeds of selfhood.

Developing (and owning!) one’s communication style is a very important tool for all of us – at school, in life at home, with our community and when we grow up, in our dream jobs.

So why wait to honour communication style when kids become adults? Why not help them develop it now?

SquagWriter gives kids an opportunity to express themselves in all kinds of different ways. For a lot of kids, writing just a few words can speak volumes! We have a place where kids can park their worries so they don’t have to carry them around all day, a  mood meter where they can check in with how they’re feeling, a goal book to set goals and more!

Who knows? Maybe your child will be a famous author or blogger one day. Or maybe they will just be confident to express themselves every day, with everyone they meet, everywhere they go.

That would be pretty awesome.
